Elma OKs New Flag Lot Code (East Aurora Advertiser)
February 27th, 2010 | by |The Elma Town Board recently unanimously adopted new and more stringent requirements to its residential zoning code that supporters hope will control “flag lot” developments known as residential 280As. In the process, the board lifted a self-imposed eight-month moratorium on the construction of flag lots.
